The 10 most beautiful mountain lakes of Switzerland was just one of many suggestions of destinations in the Swiss media landscape during the Covid pandemic.
Our idea was to google this term and work with the 10 most beautiful mountain lakes that came up as a search result. We then printed out the pictures, cut them according to colour and shape, remixed the pieces and processed them into 9 collages in order to extract ideal types of Swiss mountain lakes, thus abstracting the original pictures from their geographical location.
These 9 examples are presented as one installation.
